Data Migration is a very important aspect of setting up ANY new CRM System.
Although most of the times, the clients may just hand over a bunch of CSV files with the data, processing these files, transforming them, and then finally uploading them is quite a task.

I know it’s been a while since I last posted. I’ve just been too buzy and caught up, and also, waiting for something really interesting to come up that I could add to my log 😉
Recently I have met with the Problem in form of defect. The Problem was related to Record Visibility in Activity.
There were activities created for SR as a result of Email Response and properly visible in Activity List Applet under SR. We have Pick Applet in SR Applet for fetching all Email related activities. But strangely same activities were not visible in the Pick Applet.
Is Oracle Fusion Apps now generally available ?
Well, with all the talk coming out of Oracle stable for all these months, even if it IS generally available, it may not make for a good business case for all businesses to jump for it right away.
