Oracle buys IP Assets of Conformia

by admin

Oracle recently announced that it has acquired the Intellectual Property Assets of Conformia. Looks like Oracle is at it again.

Conformia is one of the world’s leading Enterprise Software provider for Process / Product Lifecycle Management (PPLM). Their software is popular in regulated Process Manufacturing Industries like Life Sciences (to manage drug design, development of products across bio, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Drug Components, etc.) and Beverage Alcohol.

Oracle says it could possibly be looking to integrate Carlifornia’s Products and Technology into Oracle Agile PLM Solution, offering an end to end solution to the Pharma industry.

Oracle may possibly be looking to provide integrations to Oracle applications, Oracle Health Sciences applications and 3rd party systems.
