How many vacations do you want in a year?

How many vacations from your regular job would you want every year? Well, this seems to be the one of the apparent fronts that employees seem to be most discontent with. Well, in a twist, how about taking as many days off in a year as you want, just for a change?!!

How about setting your own work hours?
How about also having the option as to where do you want to work from?

Well, it seems that there is at least one organization out there, who believes in measuring an employee’s performance by work, and not just the number of hours he spends in office. I ran across this beautiful article on bNet about Netflix’s employee policies. The article is slightly long, but I would say, intriguing at the same time.

I am glad there is at least somebody out there who thinks similar to the way I do!
