CRM On Demand is generally a reference to Oracle Siebel Cloud Offering, basically hosted by Oracle.

Salesforce.com is also a CRM Cloud offering, but not by Oracle, but by the parent company, Salesforce.com itself.

The offerings obviously are different in features as well. Salesforce pioneers the PaaS (Platform as a Software) concept, while Oracle is trying to build upon the Siebel brand name famous worldwide for its CRM implementations.
