]]> Hi all, it’s such a nice feeling to be back.

All of us must have observed the Advanced Query feature recently enabled on the Google Search Engine. Whenever you start typing in a query, Google automatically shows the top queries related to your search. There is an option to enable/disable this feature though, in the Google Preferences in case you don’t like it.

I ran a few searches today and came up with some interesting observations. Check them out below!

In any case, no offences intended. This was only to add a humorous angle. My personal opinion is that Google is probably the best thing to have happened to WWW, and the way we know it today was made possible only by google.

]]> How many vacations from your regular job would you want every year? Well, this seems to be the one of the apparent fronts that employees seem to be most discontent with. Well, in a twist, how about taking as many days off in a year as you want, just for a change?!! :-)

How about setting your own work hours?
How about also having the option as to where do you want to work from?

Well, it seems that there is at least one organization out there, who believes in measuring an employee’s performance by work, and not just the number of hours he spends in office. I ran across this beautiful article on bNet about Netflix’s employee policies. The article is slightly long, but I would say, intriguing at the same time.

I am glad there is at least somebody out there who thinks similar to the way I do! :-)
