CRM user adoption 1 year down the line
Hi guys..
Just hit upon a wonderful post from Andrew. Found it too good to resist.
Increasing efficiencies and user adoption are always a complex strategy. Andrew has done a good job at breaking them up into some simple steps. Though not exhaustive, it makes for a good first list to look at in this direction.

Step 5: Merge Repositories
Use Siebel Tools. In my Siebel Tools, the path is Tools -> Upgrade -> Upgrade Application…
You may need to Prepare a Repository before this.
Follow the suggested steps to merge the Current Repository to the Repository in the new release.

Hi all,
I am back to Siebel Technical Stuff after a long time. I recently worked as a part of a Siebel Upgrade Project for one of my clients.
Siebel Upgrade is a version update methodology supported by Oracle. The Customer can easily upgrade from an older version of Siebel to a higher version.
